Great location close to main attractions and city center. Nice rooftop area to relax and common spaces to hang out with other guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hot water for the shower was available.
The beds were not very comfortable, and the walls were thin, so noise from other guests could be heard easily. The breakfast was basic and could be improved.

The hotel has a great location in the historical district, just a few blocks away from the city center and very close to the Cathedral. the room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water for your shower. the breakfast is also nice, with fresh fruits and a good variety of options. You will also enjoy the view from the little deck upstairs and the safety of having a key for the main and inner doors.
The service could be improved. the front desk is not always attended, and the night shift staff needs more service mind.

The location was great as it was near many attractions. Plus, the rooftop is a nice place to chill. the family atmosphere was really welcoming.
The WiFi barely worked, it kept cutting off all the time. the beds were rather uncomfortable and the thin walls made it difficult to sleep as I could hear neighboring guests even if they spoke low.
